The "Millard Studios," which are situated in the H. B. Building, Karangahape Road, next George Courts, Ltd., have to be well-known lately for beautiful and natural child studies. From the many examples displayed at the studio, it is clear that the present owner, Mr. Percy Stevens, is a past-master in winning the confidence of children. The studio is one of the most spacious in the city, and is fitted with the fastest means known to modern photography for taking these studies, enabling family, wedding or club groups to be taken to the best advantage.
Enlargements.— This studio has always been noted for enlargements, and its reputation for this class of work is increasing. These are supplied in all styles, including black-and-white, sepia and permanent natural colours (which are really natural) in either oil or water-colour, at very moderate prices. When no original photograph is available a picture will be taken free of charge for enlargement purposes.
Mr. Stevens invites town residents to call and inspect and country dwellers to write for quotations. The "Millard Studios" are also well equipped for commercial photography. Examples of the work produced by the studio may be seen at the entrance of the Prince Edward Theatre, at the Blue Pavilion Tea-rooms, and at the premises of Griffiths and Co., Karangahape Road, and France Street entrance to studio.—Advt.
