Robert K. Walker v. E. F. Von Mai.— Claim of £6.— Mr Haggitt appeared for the plaintiff and explained that the sum claimed was the balance agreed upon as due to the plaintiff on the settlement of a partnership between the parties and put in a written agreement signed by each of the parties to that effect.— Evidence of the plaintiff having been taken, judgment was given for the amount claimed with costs.
